Legal staff – delivered to you for free!
There is a genre of role asked to assist with from time to time where my response is “yes, but only if you don’t pay us”.
I’m referring to intern / graduate / LPC roles. This is a level of role that in the main our clients do not want to pay a recruitment fee for but at the same time it can be very time consuming from a recruitment perspective for a business to respond to all the applications that they are likely to receive.

These tasks might be viewed as a grind for someone possessing some years of practical post qualification experience, but which offers a learning and development opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career. After all, everyone has to start somewhere!
