Job Description
Adult Social Care Locum - West Midlands
BCL Legal is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Care locum for an on-going assignment in the West Midlands. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 12 months experience in handling a broad case load encompassing mental health, community care, child care, human rights, education, and dealing with judicial review matters.
As part of the Council Legal team you will be working in one of the largest in-house legal department in the U.K. It is a leader within the public sector and has received many awards and recognitions. As an important part of the team you will be able to work as part of the team but also manage you're own case load efficiently.
In order to be considered you must have prior public sector experience and be familiar with the current protocol for managing care cases contained within the new public law outline (PLO).
