Banking Litigation Solicitor
Job Description
Banking Litigation Solicitor Northampton
This top national law firm is seeking a banking solicitor to join their expanding practice.
You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience.
You will most likely already be a solicitor with a leading national or regional commercial law firm. Preferably you will have acted for banks and other financial organisations on matters such as repossessions, debt recovery and professional indemnity. Those with general litigation experience and an interest in moving into this area of litigation will also be considered.
You will have a strong academic profile and will have trained with a leading commercial law firm. You will also ideally have excellent leadership skills as the role will involve supervising more junior fee earners from an early stage. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate an appetite for success and will be able to work to exceed targets in a demanding environment.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor who is looking to diversify their experience and to take on a role that offers a real chance to progress your career. As a very busy and expanding department it also offers real job security. Very competitive remuneration package on offer.
