Job Description
Leeds based regional giant seeks banking solicitor at 3-5 year PQE level. The team advises banks and corporate borrowers on all aspects of corporate banking and acquisition finance. Clients encompass a range of financial institutional household names and work quality is varied and strong. The technical knowledge in the long established existing team is exemplary. The additional assistant solicitor would undertake acquisition and structured finance, leveraged transactions, projects, property finance, capital markets, syndications, development finance, asset based finance and restructuring work covering the full range of corporate funding requirements. Salary is at the very top of market rate and benefits are too.
