Job Description
Legal Officer (3 months FTC), North West
BCL Legal is currently assisting a charitable body to recruit a senior locum solicitor with at least 5 yrs PQE on an interim basis. This role has arisen to assist the body through a transitional period to provide help and support in reviewing systems and structure. This role would be to execute any changes and ensure all systems are currently documented and there will be some daily legal transactional work.
You will need to have:
At least five years post qualification experience in legal practice, ideally to include all legal aspects of Charities.
Experience of property and trust law.
Experience of developing and implementing legal policies and practices.
Good general background in legal practice.
Knowledge of Solicitors regulatory frame-work.
The successful individual will receive an attractive package circa £40,000 per annum (pro rata) and a varied and interesting workload.
