Job Description
Property Damage/Commercial Insurance Solicitor. New vacancy for a Commercial Insurance Solicitor to join a well regarded Property, Insurance and Construction group, based in London.
This position has arisen due to expansion of work relating particularly to commercial insurance policy coverage work involving complex/high value property and commercial insurance claims. You will have a background in commercial insurance handling property claims involving material damage, business interruption and the full range of policy coverage advice, including fraud. You will handle your own caseload reporting to a partner.
Ideally applicants will have between 4 to 6 years PQE and be fully conversant with CPR and able to run a caseload from start to finish. You will be an experienced insurance litigation solicitor, maybe from a defendant personal injury background. Candidates must have property and commercial insurance claims experience.
Applicants must be interested in a varied and challenging role with the necessary forensic skills and aptitude for defending policy coverage claims.
