Commercial Lawyer, 2-5 years pqe
Job Description
As a member of the Legal team, you will be responsible for a broad range of commercial and corporate matters with regular exposure to senior management and interaction with some of the most recognised businesses across the globe.
Your role will be focused on advising the business on commercial matters and a typical workload will comprise of advising and negotiating on a high value international sales and supplier agreements; advising on outsourcing projects; and project managing corporate acquisitions both in the UK and internationally.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a lawyer currently working in-house or looking to make their first move into a more commercially focused environment. You will ideally be 2-5 years pqe with experience gained in commercial contracts with a leading private practice law firm or another high profile organisation.
