Commercial Litigation Associate
This leading corporate and commercial private practice law firm provide a range of legal services tailored to PLC, corporate and private clients including business owners to high net worth individuals.
A key role has been created within their well regarded Commercial Litigation Department. The opportunity would be suitable for an Associate Solicitor or Junior Partner with circa 5-10 years' PQE or equivalent.
The role will involve managing a broad based caseload of commercial litigation matters which will include acting for some major PLC clients. Some of the cases are valued between 50,000 to 5 million. There is also an opportunity of handling a smaller amount of property litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will be:-
Technically strong
Been employed by their current practice for at least 3 years with limited job moves previously
Seeking a long term move with a view to future partnership
Down to earth personality and enjoy working within a team culture
Able to deal with a broad range of clients
Experience of undertaking marketing and business development initiatives and wish to continue with this
Based in the North Lancashire area
