Job Description
Top 100 law firm requires an associate level Commercial Litigation solicitor to join their growing team. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have between 4 and 8 years post qualification experience (or equivalent) at a recognised commercial, national or City
The work is primarily made up of commercial contracts disputes but also include a variety of company/director disputes and negligence matters on behalf of professionals including accountants and solicitors.
In addition to experience handling substantive litigation work, candidates will also be able to show experience of business development, networking and client relationship management work.
