Job Description
This well established East Midlands practice have a successful Commercial team working on behalf of a range of local and national clients. Due an impressive increase in instructions, they are looking for a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Commercial law to strengthen their team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience including contracts and conditions for the sale or purchase of goods or services, agency and distribution work, franchising IP and trademarks.
