Job Description
We have been instructed to find a commercial solicitor to join this well established West Midlands law firm to assist them with the growth of their commercial department.
The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience as a general commercial lawyer. You will need to have gained experience in commercial contacts, business sales and acquisitions and commercial property. Whilst a client following is not a necessity as a senior member of the firm you will be expected to be involved with marketing the firm and therefore a warm book of contacts would be a distinct advantage.
This role represents a rare opportunity in a difficult market for a solicitor to make their mark on this growing practice.
