Job Description
We have recently been instructed to recruit a corporate/commercial solicitor to join this practice based in Leicester. Improving market conditions and a desire to expand have led to this requirement.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 3 years post qualification and will have a background with a leading regional commercial law firm. The team currently act for a broad range of clients on matters including; acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance, due diligence, commercial contract, intellectual property and e-commerce agreements. The department are currently very busy and it is important that you are able to hit the ground running.
