Job Description
We have recently been instructed to recruit a corporate solicitor who also has experience of dealing with commercial contracts to continue the expansion of the corporate department of this very highly regarded law firm based in Nottingham.
Ideally, you will have gained a minimum of 3 years post qualification acting for corporate clients on matters such as acquisitions and disposals, buy ins and buy outs, corporate finance, due diligence and also supply, agency, distribution, manufacturing and outsourcing agreements.
This role offers genuine opportunity for development and a transparent promotion process for those who are keen to move up. It also offers a very steady steam of work from major corporates, banks and accountants. The team has been built on a positive culture where your contribution will be recognised and rewarded. Candidates must be able to supervise more junior fee earners and will have excellent client handling and business development skills.
