Job Description
BCL Legal are currently to recruit a senior corporate lawyer to join this highly regarded commercial practice as a partner. The firm have a very strong reputation with the Birmingham business community and they are looking to recruit a lawyer to lead the Birmingham corporate practice.
The ideal candidate will be an existing partner with a portable business. You will have undertaken the full breadth of corporate advisory work relating to general M&A, finance, due diligence and private equity. As a senior lateral hire you must also be able to demonstrate a track record in pitching for and winning new business, management and supervision of a department including budgetary control, recruitment, appraisals and setting of implementation of targets.
