Debt Recovery/Credit Hire Team Leader
Job Description
ULR Credit Hire Team Leader - Merseyside - to £25,000 per annum
Reputable claims management service requires a team leader to
lead, manage and develop a Liability Claims Team and a Recoveries Team. You will be required to reach set objectives and identify training needs for both individuals and the team.
You will ideally have the experience of supervising a team in a claims environment although consideration will be given to individuals who display leadership qualities. Good liability and debt recovery knowledge is desirable and experience gained within the credit hire industry is an added bonus.
You must have a general competence in using IT systems and the awareness of the modern insurance claims industry, particularly in relation to credit hire charges.
As well as monitoring and motivating a team of claims handlers, you will also personally handle a small caseload of liability credit hire claims from the life of the hire period.
