Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Description
Personal Injury/Industrial Disease Paralegal - Cardiff. This is a new vacancy for a personal injury paralegal to support the team with defendant personal injury and industrial disease cases.
The successful candidate will support partners and fee earners with local authority EL/PL work and occupational disease cases. Experience of local authority personal injury work, specifically EL/PL and occupational disease cases is desirable. However, candidates with good defendant personal injury experience in other sectors will also be considered. All applicants should have practical experience of managing their own case load and, ideally, using a case management system.
A competitive salary is on offer. Working hours are 9.30am till 5.30pm. Benefits include Private Health Care, Permanent Health Insurance, Life and Accidental Insurance (3 x salary), Pension and 20 days annual leave.
