EL/PL Team Manager
Job Description
An opportunity to join a market leading, rapidly growing, personal injury specialist firm within their Wakefield office. The role will involve the management of of a team of employer's and public liability personal injury fee earners as well as managing your own small portfolio of EL, PL claims.
The candidate will have management and supervisory experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams performance, delivering technical coaching . You will be experienced in EL, PL work.
This firm in question facilitate an efficient and supportive working environment in terms of IT, support and administrative infrastructure.
