Job Description
BCL Legal are recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor required for to cover for a period of maternity leave in a West Midland firm.
The case load will comsist of a full range of Employment matters, handling instructions relating to redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, grievance procedures, general HR policies, contracts of employment, TUPE and other corporate support. You will have excellent leadership skills and will have had experience in supervising more junior fee earners as you will be acting as a point of contact for any technical issues that junior members of staff may face. You will also also play a key role in support of a partner in relation to the marketing of the department.
You must be immediately available to start and have at least 5 years PQE.
