Employment Solicitor - Leicester



This top regional law firm is seeking an employment solicitor to join their expanding Leicester office.



You will be a solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.



You will most likely already be an associate or tenant / in house barrister or advocate with a leading national or regional commercial law firm or chambers. You will have acted for respondents on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You may well have also acted on some claimant matters for senior management figures. More specifically you will be comfortable handling instructions relating to redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, grievance procedures, general HR policies, contracts of employment, TUPE and other corporate support.



You will also ideally have excellent leadership skills and will have had experience in supervising more junior fee earners. The role will require you to play an active part in the marketing of the department through various initiatives including client seminars. You will also be an ambitious individual who is committed to delivering an excellent service to clients and in helping the team in achieving their targets.
