Family and Child Care Locum
Job Description
BCL Legal are assisting a Midlands based Private Practice in the recruitment of an experienced Family Solicitor for a locum position.
A very busy practice requires a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to undertake an existing case load on a temporary basis. You will need experience of managing a range of Family matters including ancillary relief, divorce, co habitation orders etc. The role will also require experience of managing Child Care issues. The case load is approximately a 50/50 split between public and privately funded work. It would be advantageous for the successful individual to have obtained both The Law Society Child Panel and Family Panel memberships.
The firm itself is in an excellent City Centre location and offers an extremely comfortable and supportive working environment.
Although the role is initially to undertake an ongoing locum position there is a real potential for progression for the right person.
