An opportunity has arisen for a Higher Education lawyer to join a highly regarded team in the North West. The successful candidate is required to advise HE institutions on a wide range of issues including general commercial, IP, compliance and governance, litigation, regulatory including health and safety and charter issues.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong academic background and a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience. You will also have experience of working within a recognised education team in private practice or in-house at a higher education establishment.
