Job Description
Our client is a successful international business with ambitious growth plans. An opportunity has arisen within the North West legal team for a lawyer with c1-3 years' pqe.
The successful individual will report into a senior lawyer and have responsibility for drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts including supply, distribution, franchising, IT and some IP. However, you will also be exposed to a full range of legal issues. To be considered for this opportunity you will have commercial experience gained within a top tier law firm or in-house. You must be a driven, engaged individual with real commercial acumen and have a genuine desire to work in-house.
