Job Description
BCL Legal are assisting a busy Midland based practice in recruiting an experienced Industrial Disease specialist.
A respected Midlands firm require an Industrial Disease Solicitor/ILEX/FILEX/Paralegal to undertake an ongoing locum assignment. The successful individual will have several years experience of managing all Industrial Disease matters including Vibration White Finger, asbestosis, noise induced hearing loss etc. The case load comprises a mixture of multi track and fast track claims, with approximately 50% of claims litigated. You be required to work autonomously and manage an existing case load from the outset.
You must also be available for an immediate start.
