Job Description
This is an new instruction for BCL Legal. Our client is a leading law firm with a very strong reputation in insolvency and litigation. They are now looking to recruit an insolvency specialist with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in order to expand the department based in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will currently be sitting in a City or strong national insolvency practice and will have a bias towards contentious work. You will be given the opportunity to act on variety of insolvency-related matters, including administrations and disputed ROT claims. You must also be able to demonstrate first class advocacy and negotiation skills and it is vital that you are able to assist in client relationships both existing and new.
