Insolvency Solicitor, West Midlands
Job Description
We have been instructed to find an insolvency solicitor to join one of the leading commercial law firms in the Midlands. You will join a rapidly expanding insolvency department at a time when demand for their services is at an all time high.
The team act for a varied client base including banks, insolvency practitioners, accountants and individuals on matters such as; business restructuring, CVAs, IVAs, security arrangements, shareholder protection, bankruptcy, reservation of title and protection of assets. The role has arisen due to expansion and it is envisaged that the ideal candidate will be currently working with another commercial law firm acting on contentious insolvency matters.
Strong advocacy and negotiating skills are a must as is the ability to give clear and concise advice to the department's varied client base.
