Intellectual Property Solicitor 3pqe or equivalent, Bristol.

We have recently been instructed to recruit an Intellectual Property Solicitor 3pqe or equivalent to join this market leading team based in Bristol. The team are continuing to expand and are looking for a talented assistant/associate solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have an exemplary academic record and will have trained with a leading City or national law firm. In your post qualification experience you will have gained exposure to both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and will be comfortable dealing with matters relating to patents, copyright, trademarks and passing off. The team act for clients who are often looking to protect global brands and experience of dealing with similar clients would be a distinct advantage.

The is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in the UK with one of the the strongest intellectual property departments. You may well be a City lawyer looking to move to the regions and be unwilling to compromise on work quality, this role represents an opportunity to do that. You will also have the opportunity to work very closely with the partners and assist in the management and development of the department.
