Job Description
Intellectual property solicitor/trade mark specialist sought by boutique commercial law firm in Manchester.
My client, a leading Manchester based law firm with a reputation for excellence, is seeking an intellectual property lawyer/trade mark specialist to manage a portfolio of intellectual property matters for its impressive clients. The firm advises a range of clients including local entrepreneurs, regional OMBs and SMEs as well as international PLCs.
You should be an experienced solicitor with upwards of five years' PQE. You must have specialist IP knowledge and should be able to advise on all aspects of IP law with an emphasis on design right infringement.
This is a key appointment that will offer the successful candidate a great deal of autonomy. It would suit those frustrated at national law firms who are seeking a firm that rewards on merit and will give ambitious lawyers the opportunity to move up the career ladder.
