Job Description
Manchester - This highly rated Commercial Litigation department is looking for experienced IT litigators, up to Partner level, to add to their expanding team due to increased levels of work.
Candidates will need to be experienced Litigators with specialist IT knowledge and experience of the practical issues that arise in large IT disputes. Ideally you will also want to develop the IT Litigation Unit within Commercial Dispute Resolution at this Legal 500 practice. You will handle IT disputes for commercial organisations as well as IT businesses.
This department has specialist experience of resolving IT and technology related disputes when they arise, including IT contractual disputes, disputes relating to key performance issues on IT systems and projects, termination issues and software licence disputes.
