Job Description

Clinical Negligence NQ Solicitor - Leading insurance firm seek a newly qualified clinical negligence solicitor for its expanding Cardiff based clinical negligence practice.

Chambers & Partners describes this team as being "appreciated by clients for its thorough and diligent approach to cases". The team's breadth of experience is reflected by the diverse range of clients which includes clinical negligence indemnifiers, Royal Colleges, complementary medicine practitioners, private hospitals and clinics and their insurers.

The team defends healthcare professionals facing clinical negligence claims across all practice areas. On the disciplinary side they represent healthcare professionals before Primary Care Trusts and the Family Health Service Appeal Authority, General Medical Council, General Dental Council, Health Professions Council, General Optical Council, psychotherapy and counselling regulators.

Due to expansion within the clinical negligence team in Cardiff, the firm urgently require a clinical negligence NQ with at least 1 seat in clinical negligence or healthcare.
