Job Description
This major legal brand has one of the largest and best regarded pensions teams in the UK and advises many of the largest companies and schemes.
Due to their ongoing success they seeks an experienced specialist to advise on all aspects of pensions law, particularly advising trustees and employers on their powers and obligations, dealing with pensions aspects of mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements, interaction with the Pensions Regulator and PPF, handling Pensions Ombudsman complaints and drafting scheme documents.
