Job Description
Leeds branch of international insurance and underwriting organisation seeks professional indemnity solicitor or legal executive to join existing team in a senior technical claims adjuster role. The role involves handling your own case load of pre-litigation professional indemnity files. Work quality is high, because the case load is complex and you will be afforded considerable autonomy, with authority to settle claims to a very high level. You will liaise with brokers, service providers and underwriters. There is a significant supervisory element and you will be required to provide support and training to less experienced claims staff. The successful candidate must be legally qualified or from an appropriate claims management environment in an insurance company. Salary and particularly benefits are very strong.
