Professional Indemnity Solicitor, NQ+ , Bristol
Job Description
This firm has one of the largest professional indemnity practices in Bristol. Based in their Insurance and Reinsurance Group, their Bristol office comprises 4 partners and over 20 fee earners handling professional indemnity and/ or Directors and Officers claims.
The work includes a wide range of claims handled on behalf of insurers, including architects, surveyors & valuers, D&C contractors, accountants, insurance brokers, IFAs, pensions trustees and lawyers (but excluding clinical negligence claims).
Ideally you will already have assisted on or handled a variety of professional indemnity claims on behalf of insurer clients. Essentially you will have a strong academic background and have qualified (or soon to qualify) as a solicitor with a highly rated regional or City firm. You will have excellent commercial litigation experience including solid drafting, negotiating, and other communication skills and you will also be able to display initiative and good client relationship management ability.
