Job Description
Claimant professional negligence solicitor sought by private practice law firm. This is a specialist litigation firm who provide niche expertise in all contentious matters to a client base of company and institutional commercial clients. IT and administrative support infrastructures are exemplary. Work is likely to be focussed predominantly on claimant professional negligence matters, acting for financial institutions suing their own legal and valuing advisors. A solicitor with a background in claimant or defendant professional negligence, commercial litigation or property litigation would be most appropriate.
