Job Description
Property Litigation Solicitor 2pqe or equivalent, Norwich.
This is a new instruction for BCL Legal. Our client is looking to recruit a property litigation solicitor 2pqe or equivalent to join the team in Norwich. The role is to continue the development of the department in supporting the firm's real estate department.
Candidates will have gained relevant experience from a leading City, national or regional law, will have a strong academic profile and will preferably have a link to the Norfolk area. You will join a busy team and will have a full case load of contentious aspects of business lease renewals, dilapidations, services charges, enforcement/release/modification of restrictive covenants, enfranchisement, rent reviews, residential tenancy possessions, agricultural notices, arbitrations and succession applications.
This is a role that would suit a lawyer looking to work in a culture that promotes balance but that doesn't compromise on quality of work. The property litigation department are focused on teamwork and the successful candidate will play a key role within the team.
