Job Description
Lancashire - Fee Earner required to provide locum support to the counter fraud team for up a two month period.
Our client requires a Solicitor, Paralegal or Legal executive with experience handling defendant fast track RTA work. Previous experience of handling fraudulent or suspected fraudulent claims will be an advantage. An understanding of the implications and processes of fraudulent matters would help to settle matters efficiently. Experience of managing matters through to trial is essential.
The role is suitable for either qualified Solicitors or Paralegals/Legal executive with experience in litigation and taking cases through trial. You must be immediately available or available at short notice.
