Job Description
Our client, based in Lancashire, is going from strength to strength and has an opportunity for a lawyer with c3-5 years' pqe to join their busy legal team. The successful individual will take responsibility for advising on a range of matters from drafting, negotiating and amending contracts to supporting on tender documentation and working closely with procurement. In addition to general commercial work you will support the business on a range of corporate matters and be the primary legal adviser to a part of the business.
Candidates from an in-house or private practice background will be considered. Experience of working with technology driven organisations would be beneficial, although not essential.
