Job Description

Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor, Bristol. One of the largest UK commercial firms seek a defendant personal injury solicitor. Experience in EL, PL and RTA is required. Bristol based.

This new role will be based within the firm's catastrophic injury team. Day to day responsibilities will include assisting the partners and their team in handling/running their catastrophic caseloads. You will have full responsibility on claims up to £250,000 (depending upon experience) and potential to develop and work with higher value claims in due course.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, a minimum of two years defence litigation experience, experience in handling/assisting in catastrophic claims, EL, PL and RTA experience. Qualified solicitors will be considered along with legal executives of sufficient experience.
