Employment Solicitor Nottingham
Our client is currently looking to recruit an additional employment solicitor to join the Nottingham practice. The firm have one of the leading HR groups in the UK and they are looking to add to the team by appointing an employment solicitor.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of two years post qualification experience. This will have been gained with a very highly regarded national or City law firm. You will undertake both contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of respondents. Clients ranges from large multinational companies to public sector bodies. Candidates will have experience of dealing with redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, grievance and disciplinary procedures, severance agreements, contracts of employment and corporate support including TUPE. Experience of tribunal advocacy will be a distinct advantage.
