Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Leading regional practice with a reputation for attracting high calibre solicitors from the national heavyweights, because of its high quality of work coupled with an appealing work-life balance and lack of glass ceiling, is looking to appoint an experienced commercial dispute resolution solicitor to join its expanding team.

The team is exceptionally well-connected within the Yorkshire business marketplace and provides the full range of commercial litigation services to include contractual disputes, professional negligence, property litigation and insolvency litigation.

They are looking for a solicitor with solid academics and a strong pedigree gained with a recognised regional or national practice who is looking to be part of a less bureaucratic and structured environment, and has a thirst for working outside their comfort zone and building their technical expertise within a smaller collegiate-style environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in broad-based commercial litigation work. More senior candidates will also be considered if you have local networks and connections. In return, you can expect an excellent market rate salary, an open pathway to progression and an extremely pleasant working environment in this beautiful city.
