NQ Commercial Solicitor.

The commercial team of a reputable national practice is looking to expand with the appointment of an NQ commercial solicitor to be based in Nottingham. Applications are welcome from NQ commercial solicitors to those with circa six years experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most recognised commercial teams in Nottingham.

The role will involve advising and assisting clients in connection with the legal aspects of a wide range of non-contentious commercial work, including drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of trading, agency and distribution arrangements, manufacturing agreements; advising on data protection and privacy
issues, competition law, e-commerce and other web based trading; advising on marketing issues and consumer rights legislation and providing transactional corporate support. The ability to advise on IP and IT issues would also be desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be between NQ and six years' qualification with a high levels of commercial acumen and strong academics. You will be a dynamic individual, and looking to join a team where you will get training, development and support at all levels to maximise your potential.
