Residential property solicitor Bedfordshire. One of the leading regional law firms in the Home Counties is looking to recruit an experienced residential property solicitor, qualified licensed conveyancer or legal executive to work closely with the Head of Residential Property based at the Bedfordshire office.

As a qualfiied residential property lawyer, you will be responsible for a team of fee earners and support staff handling a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. In addition to this, you will provide strategic and operational support to the overall head of residential property. The firm is Lexcel and CQS accredited and offers a supportive working environment and the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

To be succesful, you will need to be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of five years experiene in residential property. This is a senior role, therefore you must have an excellent level of technical ability and be able to demonstrate good networking skills and ideally have had some previous experience in supervising a team. Good business contacts in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire would be a distinct advantage.
