Civil Litigation Fee Earner, West Yorkshire

This boutique practice in Dewsbury provides legal services in niche practice areas. With 20 years of experience in civil litigation, the firm is now expanding into new areas.

As the result of successful marketing campaigns and referrals, there is an existing caseload of matters in mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) for an experienced civil litigation fee earner to manage. However, you will have the opportunity to develop file handling skills whilst working closely with a qualified solicitor and diversify your experience into other areas.

As a family run business, you can expect to be fully involved in the business and have the opportunity to be a part of the business growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to work with successful solicitors and develop your own skill set beyond file handling.

The successful civil litigation fee earner will assume responsibility for an existing caseload primarily of PPI matters. You will have the opportunity to:

- Manage a caseload of mis-sold payment protection insurance matters
- Assess the viability of potential claims
- Liaise with clients, financial organisations and regulatory bodies
- Diversify into other areas of civil litigation

The successful fee earner will have experience in civil litigation matters including PPI. You will be able to work as part of a team, but with minimum supervision.
