Award winning and high profile regional firm noted in Legal 500 for various areas of law is keen to recruit residential property lawyers to join the residential development plot conveyancing team in Central Birmingham.

This Legal 500 and Chambers rated residential plot sales team is now looking to expand further through the recruitment of a number of Plot Conveyancing Paralegals to join an established and well respected team working on behalf of a high quality client base.

The residential development plot sales team has an enviable reputation across the Midlands and works on new settlements and town expansion to small executive developments and affordable housing schemes as well as the redevelopment of brownfield sites and city centre developments. The team focuses solely on the legal aspects of residential estate development and related issues and deals with all sizes of development from small sites to those with hundreds of plots involving freehold and leasehold sales, disposals under Building Licences, Sheltered Housing Developments, Marina developments, Social Housing, part exchange and all related matters.

Solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and paralegals are asked to apply. Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 6 months experience in plot sales however fee earners with solid experience in general residential conveyancing will also be considered. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as the ability to cope well under pressure. More senior roles for lawyers with over three years experience in plot sales/residential development also exist.

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of handling your own files/caseload of general residential or plot sales matters.
