Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - York

A well regarded Legal 500 listed regional law firm is looking to recruit a residential residential conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an fee earner to join its York office.

This regional heavyweight is ideally seeking a qualified Solicitor 5 years PQE to be based in York but will also consider a legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced fee earner. You will be joining a small team in York, working closely alongside another fee earner whilst dealing with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing work. You will be encouraged to work as part of a team whilst assisting with both the development and growth of the firm.

You should have previous experience of handling the full remit or residential property transactions to include sales, purchases, shared ownerships, leasehold flats, new builds and transfers of equity. You will be expected to have a commercial approach to work and have good technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.

You will be liaising with colleagues and clients and have the confidence and ability to communicate clearly on all levels. This highly regarded commercial law firm with offices across Yorkshire will reward you with a competitive salary and good benefits.
