We have recently been instructed to recruit a corporate/commercial solicitor to join this thriving practice based in Leicester.

Applications are welcome from those who have gained a minimum of 1 year of post qualification experience. You will have a very strong academic profile and will have trained with a leading commercial law firm. Your experience to date should include; disposals, acquisitions, mergers, corporate finance, due diligence as well as contracts relating to supply, distribution, franchise, agency and manufacturing. 

You will also be able to work towards demanding targets in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to the highest level of client care. It is anticipated that the team will grow as the market continues to recover and this will give your career the opportunity to flourish.
