We have recently been instructed to recruit a corporate/commercial solicitor to join this thriving practice based in Leicester. Applications are welcome from those who have gained a minimum of 1 year of post qualification experience. You will have a very strong academic profile and will have trained with a leading commercial law firm. Your experience to date should include; disposals, acquisitions, mergers, corporate finance, due diligence as well as contracts relating to supply, distribution, franchise, agency and manufacturing. You will also be able to work towards demanding targets in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to the highest level of client care.
