Senior Cost Negotiator with Defendant Drafting experience
UK Top 100 law firm requires an experienced Costs Negotiator to join its Liverpool Insurance team. Costs candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience negotiating on fast and multi track matters.
Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months defendant costs experience (although all applications will be considered) and must also be comfortable with all aspects of costs work including preparing Points of Dispute and negotiating and attending at Detailed Assessment hearings.
