Personal Injury RTA Team Leader Southport based law firm seeks a team leader for its expanding Personal Injury RTA team. The successful candidate will lead and develop a Personal Injury Claims team to reach set objectives. You will help identify training needs for both individuals and the team and monitor team performance, assisting and motivating claims handlers in performing their daily duties. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Management meetings. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience supervising a team in a claims environment. They must also have good liability and quantum knowledge gained within the personal injury industry. Litigation experience is essential as is experience of issuing Court Proceedings and running a claim to trial if required. Competitive salary and bonus available.
