North Yorkshire based practice require experienced Conveyacing Fee Earners

Property specialist private practice firm based in North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a number of Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their busy team. This firm has expanded considerably despite the recession and are continuing to grow steadily. 

Applicants will need to have experience managing a large caseload of conveyancing matters to include the following:
* Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, shared ownerships and new builds
* Experience dealing with investment properties, auction properties and right to buy properties
* Some exposure to remortgage and transfers of equity
* Manages registered and unregistered land

You will need to be experienced handling a caseload from inception to completion and be able to mentor at least one junior member of staff. Experience overseeing juniors is desirable although not required. Salary is up to £18k dependant on level and experience.
