Commercial Property 3 PQE This well known firm is going through an exciting period of growth in Manchester. With an excellent brand and big ticket work, they can offer a commercial property lawyer a real opportunity to take their career to the next level. This commercial property team advises on all aspects of commercial property work, including selling, investing, developing, funding and operating property. The client base includes SME and PLC household name clients, providing big ticket work. Due to expansion, the small but highly respected team in Manchester is looking to expand further with the appointment of a solicitor to work closely with the head of department. This is a role with excellent variety, but someone with experience handling large scale development transactions would be of particular interest. This is an excellent role for a candidate with a real eagerness to have a hands on role working directly with key clients and an enthusiasm for business development and marketing.
