A defendant personal injury solicitor is required for this defendant personal injury practice to handle a defendant personal injury caseload to include catastrophic personal injury matters. With a demonstrable track record of defending claims above the £200K mark you will have at least four years experience of handling large loss personal injury matters. You will have have your own caseload of EL/PL and motor roles as well as working with a partner on the complex cases worth up to £1million. It is essential you have at least four years experience in this area and have excellent understanding of the CRP rules. Employer's liability and public liability claims as well as road traffic accident matters will be handled all on the defendant personal injury side.
